Privacy policy

Effective date: September 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the website fawnelle.com and all related storefronts, checkout pages, emails and customer-service channels (together, the “Site”) operated by WILOECOM LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as “Fawnelle” (“Fawnelle”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Our registered address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at support@fawnelle.com.

We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Site, make a purchase, subscribe, or contact us, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Identity and contact data — name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.
  • Order and payment data — products purchased, subscription selections, order value, and payment confirmation. Card numbers are never stored on our servers: payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal, which are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
  • Account data — login details and preferences if you create a customer account or a subscription portal login.
  • Communications — anything you send to our support team, product reviews, survey answers, and photos or testimonials you choose to share.
  • Health-related information you volunteer — for example, if you tell our support team about symptoms, medications or medical conditions. We only use this to answer your question and we never sell it.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language, time zone.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, referring URLs, time spent on pages, clicks, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6 below.

Information from third parties: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), our payment processors, shipping carriers, our subscription platform, our email/SMS provider, advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google, TikTok) and analytics providers may share information with us about your interactions with our ads, emails or orders.

2. How we use your information

  • To fulfil your order — process payment, ship your products, send order confirmations and tracking, manage your subscription renewals, handle returns and our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
  • To provide customer support — answer questions, resolve issues, and keep a record of our conversations.
  • To run your subscription — remind you before a renewal, process recurring charges, and let you pause, skip, edit or cancel from the subscription portal.
  • To communicate with you — transactional emails and SMS about your order, and, with your consent where required, marketing emails and SMS with offers, product education and news. You can opt out at any time (see Section 8).
  • To personalise and advertise — show you relevant content and ads on the Site and on third-party platforms, measure ad performance, and build audiences of people similar to our customers.
  • To improve the Site and our products — analytics, A/B testing, fraud prevention, security monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • To comply with the law — tax, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal obligations, and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
  • To protect our rights — enforce our Terms of Service, detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse and unauthorised activity.

3. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: (a) performance of a contract to process orders, payments, shipping and subscriptions; (b) consent for marketing emails/SMS and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time; (c) legitimate interests for analytics, security, fraud prevention, product improvement and first-party marketing that you would reasonably expect; and (d) legal obligation for tax and regulatory record-keeping.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with parties who help us run the business, as follows:

  • Shopify Inc. — hosts the Site, processes orders and checkout. Shopify’s own privacy practices are described at shopify.com/legal/privacy/customers.
  • Payment processors — Shopify Payments (Stripe), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Fulfilment and shipping partners — warehouses and carriers who receive your name, address, phone number and email to deliver your order.
  • Subscription management — the platform that powers our Subscribe & Save program and customer portal.
  • Email, SMS and customer-service tools — used to send order updates, support replies and, where permitted, marketing.
  • Advertising and analytics partners — Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok and similar platforms may receive hashed or pseudonymised data (such as a hashed email or a cookie identifier) and information about your activity on the Site through pixels and server-side integrations, to measure and personalise advertising. Depending on where you live, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or “targeted advertising” under state privacy laws; you can opt out as described in Section 8.
  • Review and referral platforms — if you leave a review or use a referral link.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — lawyers, accountants, insurers, regulators, courts and law enforcement when required or reasonably necessary.
  • Business transfers — if we sell, merge or reorganise the business, your information may be transferred to the new owner under this Policy.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers operate globally. If you are in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada or Australia, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries that may not offer the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where our providers are certified.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar technologies:

  • Strictly necessary — to run the Site, remember your cart, keep you logged in, and secure checkout. These cannot be switched off.
  • Performance and analytics — Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics and similar tools that help us understand how the Site is used.
  • Functional — remember your preferences such as currency, country and the state of on-page timers or banners.
  • Advertising — Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel and similar, which help us measure ads and show you relevant offers on other sites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where a cookie banner is shown, through that banner. If you block cookies some parts of the Site (including checkout) may not work. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing where required by law. We do not respond to other “Do Not Track” signals.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep order and transaction records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — generally 7 years after your last transaction. Support conversations are kept for up to 3 years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or until 2 years of inactivity, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or pseudonymised form.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, the EEA, the UK, Canada and Australia), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax purposes).
  • Port your data to another service in a machine-readable format.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and profiling. You can do this by enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, by adjusting your cookie choices, or by emailing us with the subject “Opt out”.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
  • Appeal a decision we make about your request, and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (for the EEA, see edpb.europa.eu; for the UK, the ICO; for Canada, the OPC; for Australia, the OAIC).

To exercise any right, email support@fawnelle.com from the address linked to your order, or write to us at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 30 to 45 days). You may authorise an agent to make a request on your behalf; we will ask for proof of authorisation.

Marketing emails: click “unsubscribe” in any email. SMS: reply STOP to any message. Transactional messages about your orders and subscription will continue as long as you have an active order or subscription.

9. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

In the last 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information listed in Section 1 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation derived from IP, inferences, and, only when you volunteer it, health-related information). We use them for the business purposes in Section 2 and disclose them to the categories of third parties in Section 4. We “share” identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising; we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. You have the rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination, all exercisable as described in Section 8.

10. Children

The Site and our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption on every page, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, access controls, and staff confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account password confidential and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

12. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, social networks or payment services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to read.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email where required. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
